When we were walking down the mountain from the landslide it started pouring rain so we stood under a random roof and a nice man welcomed us in his home. I spotted these little guys before we entered his home. We sat down and he showed us a picture of one of the men who died in the landslide. He also showed us some other pictures he had of his family and the kids had fun looking at them. 
We found TOMS in their house! I’ve been waiting to find some here and we finally did! We asked him where they got them and apparently the distributed them to the children at school one day. To those who doubted TOMS shoes, they actually distribute shoes when you buy them! Good thing cus I’ve bought 4 pairs! Yesssss!!
Right before we left he gave all three of us an avacado. It continuously blows my mind how giving these people are. If anything we should have given him something for letting us come in his home.
As we continued walking we saw this overturned truck that apparently fell over when it was raining really hard a couple of days ago. Luckily the man in the truck wasn’t hurt!! How do you even turn this truck back up? I don’t even know.
We also passed these women sitting on a tree while we were walking down the mountain. I had to take a picture of them. Seriously how beautiful are they?
Africa continues to blow my mind every single day.
